Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but unfortunately, they were a bit cold and had views of a building site at the back of the hotel. The service was a hit or miss; some staff members were really kind and professional, while others seemed disinterested. The location was convenient for exploring nearby tourist sites, but the dining experience left much to be desired. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel had some fun facilities, like a games room, to keep us entertained.
My stay at the hotel was pretty good overall. The rooms were big and clean, but I wished there were more plug-ins for charging gadgets. The location was nice, with plenty of activities nearby for families. The dining experience was okay, but the breakfast could have been better. The service was excellent, with staff going out of their way to help me out.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with clean and spacious rooms in a lovely location. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my visit very enjoyable. The dining options were good, although the price could have been better. The facilities provided added to the overall positive experience.
Despite weather preventing us from reaching our original destination, the hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay with spacious rooms and great entertainment options. The service was remarkable with friendly staff; however, the location was not ideal for airport access. The dining experience offered a good selection but could have more variety. Overall, a pleasant stay with value for money.
The hotel offers a mix of positives like attentive service and a great location for exploring South East Iceland. The room quality, however, might remind you more of a high school dormitory than a hotel.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were awesome, very modern, and nice, offering great cleanliness. However, the housekeeping could have been better as the pillows were not always placed neatly, and there was some debris on the floor. The service was a mix of experiences, with some staff being very helpful and friendly, while others were a bit off-putting with demands for immediate payment. The location was convenient for exploring South East Iceland and offered a good view of the Northern Lights. The dining experience was mostly excellent, with plenty of choices, but there were minor disappointments. Overall, a good value for money with some room for improvement.
